Full tank & changing Filter

Is it possible to change the fuel filter witha full tank of gas or should I wait till its nearly empty. I dont drive much soo it would take some time. And another thing cleaning my maf sensor? what should I use on it?

Thanks for the help. Am I expected to find fuel dripping everywhere? and possible lost power and high rev to go away?
