Fuel Pump remplacment
Hello all, I have been trouble shooting an issue that pointed to my fuel pump. I have dropped the tank to find that the pipes to the tank, and pump are in bad bad shape. I placed my wrenchs on to break the fittings, and several leaks started i the hardline. I also crimped my fuelpump input on the top of the pump (external to the tank). I am now left with a fuel line that leaks.
The question, has anyone every replace a section of thier hardline with highpresure rubber, and if you did any lessons that you can share. I am going to buy a pump (Orig problem) and now a frame for the pump, plus the secion of hose if that makes sense.
I feel like a heal, but the fuelline was going to fail me at some point i guess

You can order a new hard fuel line from Toyota. I would personally not do it, but if you're going to use a rubber hose get fuel injection hose and not standard fuel hose due to the higher fuel pressure. You can get the part number for the OEM pipe here: http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/
