Got that Bosch turbine upgrade fuel pump from napa about 6 months ago, truck hard to start hot, hesitates in neutral and sometimes idles rough. Replacing with Delphi pump soon.

 

Sure you don`t have other issues ??

I have one of those in my 3.4 and another on the shelf no problems.

You did buy new and change the fuel filter??

Then very seldom do I let my gas tank drop below 1/2 tank.

 

Yep, replaced injectors, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, cold start valve cold start valve time switch. And it doesn't matter what I've got in my tank. Been doing it since day one.

 

Let us know if the Delphi makes any difference at all. You replaced a lot of parts, the replacement of any one of which could cause the problems you describe.
