Fuel pump issue

Hello All my fuel pump is not turning on and before i take the tank off i wanted to test if it's just not getting power, so under the passenger side rear seat theres a access panel that has a wiring connector there is that the fuel pump connector? i can't find anything about it in the fsm i see that the pump is applied battery + and has a constant ground. how can i test this without dropping the tank.

Thank you

My truck is being a pita lately!!

mine wouldn't start at all and while testing with a test light for power at the pump while cranking the engine over, after 2 seconds the light lit up, pump turned on and the engine started. all I could come up with is maybe I reset the relay while probing the wire. cuz now it starts and runs fine.
