Fuel line woes

Fuel line woes
Replaced my fuel pump and fuel pump bracket today. The pipe coming out of the bracket for the fuel line was pinched and seemed like it was probably contributing to my no fuel problem. when I went to unscrew that pipe from the fuel line, it broke
Now I've got everything in but I'm having a hell of a time getting that piece of broken pipe unscrewed from the flex line. It was already rounded off before I got to it. Used a 14mm flare wrench, no luck. Used lots of PB Blaster, vice grips, everything I had and could think of. Obviously not going to use a torch due to the proximity to fuel.
I even tried taking off the flex line on the frame end and figured I'd just replace that piece, but the second I started trying to turn a wrench on it, I saw it was just gonna twist the fuel line on the frame.
Any ideas? I'm frustrated... I've owned this truck a month now and its spent more time not running than running. At this point I'm ready to just fix it and sell it before it gives me another problem.

so .. I'm assuming you have dropped the tank out of the truck or 4Runner , correct ?
I woulnt waste much time trying to save it , use a pipe cutter and cut it off .. then re flare it with a new/used nut in place
