fuel line question
Hi, I'm a new 4Runner owner, but have had Land Cruisers for 20 years.
I have a 93 4Runner with V6.
I am replacing the fuel tank and ran into some issues with the fuel lines.
I could not get the line off which goes into the top of the tank and could not get the bolts off the inlet/outlet of the fuel filter. So, I need to run some new fuel lines. I tried to source new lines the from Autozone, and Advanced; they did not have metric. They have 3/16" line that should work since I can re flare, but I cannot fine the connectors that screw into the fuel filter and the line into the top of the fuel tank. Any recommendation on where I can source either the entire fuel line, or the connectors (8mm). Thanks.

Use a different fuel filter that has threads that are easily available. You could convert the whole fuel system to AN. Just adapt the threads on the tank to a -6 and then run that to the fuel filter and then a -6 to whatever end is at the fuel rail. Think it’s a banjo.

If the tank is fresh and out of the vehicle, you can take it to your local radiator shop and have them solder in some SAE line fittings in both 3/8'' for the pressure side and 5/16 for the return and not worry about adapting anything other than the AN parts. If I was going to that extent, that's what I would do
