94 4 WD truck, 3VZE.

There is a fuel line (maybe return line) on the passenger side that attaches to the plenum with a banjo fitting. Mine has a pin hole leak (might explain the hard cold starts and check engine light). Does anyone have a part number for this so I can order a new one?

Also, the other end appears to run under the plenum on the drivers side but I cannot see where it attaches. Do I have to remove the plenum to attach it?

The answer is 23901-65010

It's not the fuel return (that's not under pressure, so it doesn't need a banjo fitting), and while there are several banjo fittings on the passenger side, you can't see the ones on the fuel rail. You do need to remove the plenum to attach the new part (it attaches to the center of the right hand rail).

Don't forget to get the crush washers 4 x 90430-08012. No, you can't re-use the old ones.

 

I don't have a picture but I believe this is the cold start injector fuel line. Yes it is under pressure. Has anyone tried to splice this line? The pin hole leak is close to the fitting.

A pin hole or a splice on a pressurized fuel line is a fire waiting to happen, IMHO.
