Fuel issue. Need help ASAP!

so I bought a 95 4runner 3.0 auto trans. We drove it for about 500-600 miles then it over heated, added coolant and was fine for couple days. Then it started having a rod knock. Changed oil and added a additive didn't help but still drove. The next day coming home the truck just shut off. Took it home changed the AFM, it would cranck then start and run for 2 sec then shut off and I would have to wait 10-20 mins before I tried to start it again. So I just decided to pull the more and swap a new one. Now it won't start. It's not getting fluid. There a brand new coil, AFM, spark plugs and wires, cap and rotor, COR and relay. All the fuses are good also. I thought was the pump but when I jumped it the pump works. The timing is good. I was told it could be the ecu. I just need some help cause I'm starting to lose hope in this thing. I've read the forums and searched for the past couple days, a lot of the links I found are dead. I've read the one on 4crawler so that's why I changed the cor. Any help is greatly appreciated. MAHALO!

"Pull the more? What fluid? Oil? Coolant? Wiper fluid?"
Slow down. You're jumping all over the place. Start with simple things first. Got spark? Got crank? Got fuel?

@RAD4runner I have spark, it cranks. I'm working on it now. My friend said check timing so i did. Set everything to tdc and pulled the dizzy. The rotor was facing #3 on the cap. So I reset the dizzy. I'm almost done putting it back together. I'll let you know how it goes.
