Fuel Filter alternative

Fuel Filter alternative
Hello all, I've spent quite a bit of time trying to find the OEM fuel filter for my 1993 4x4 SR5 V6 Pickup. All sites I've been to have it listed as not available and discontinued.
. Can someone please give me a good alternative that isn't a POS. I know changing these are a pain and I don't want to have to do it again anytime soon. Thanks.............Cheers.......

If I looked it up correctly, I found it to be Toyota 23300-65020. When I google that part number I find them available but no way I would pay the price. Rock Auto has plenty of aftermarket to choose from. If you search those part numbers you can at least find Amazon reviews if you're worried about the quality. Good luck with your truck!

I had the same issue and the after market filters leaked at the fittings. I bought a Toyota filter for the 3rd gen 4Runner, 23300-62030. I removed the filter from the bracket and installed it in the old bracket. Be careful when tightening the clamp as it can crush the new filter. All you are trying to do is keep the filter from spinning in the bracket while you tighten the fittings. I am guessing 25 to 50 in/lb.
