Alright, so ever since my first offroad trip in the ol yota after that day of wheelin ive noticed a werid sound coming up front. I belive it is coming from the front suspension area. It happens on/off taking off at lights. It sounds like a metal on metal tink. Just once, and it doesnt do it every time. Its really werid, would you guys have any idea where to start looking? My only idea is the swaybar? I'll be under the truck tommrow tinkering around seeing whats going on...

look at the front brake calipers and sliders while you're in there.

 

alright will do, could this help at all.. Sometimes my breaks will squeak... Sometimes thoe... makes no sense to me.

 

My first though was the swaybar as well.

 

torsion bar could be a a noise maker when acceleration as well. mine did that then i hit every thing with somw WD40.

 

CV joint poped into my head.

 

Sounds like the Anti-Rattle Clip/Spring on the brakes is missing.

 

hmmmm, it could be my cv joints since they are shot.. Ill take a look around the breaks and whatnot. To make my day even worst i got sick over night and on my day off from work...
