Front Adjustment Bolt HELP!

Exclamation Front Adjustment Bolt HELP!

i cant find it, can someone please help me find it, the reason i want to adjust it is because i feel that my bump stops are to low, i am hitting them where i really shouldn't be. so can someone tell me where to find t and how much i should adjust it, i have a 1 inch lift in the rear and stock height in the front. with 31 inch tires, soon going to 32 inch. maybe post a pic of where it is would help out too. thanks in advance.

i put it at 14.5" from top of the rim to fender lip, im gonna go set the bars now to see if there is any difference

Out here where they put salt on the roads in the winter - the bolts are usually NON ADJUSTABLE and need to be cut off after 1 winter....

WOW, thats crazy, it was not that bad, i had some help from an industria strengh WD40 type liquid and it worked really well, there was nothin wrong with the bolt or nut.
