Fron passenger window stopped working

Fron passenger window stopped working
Hi,
My front passenger side window stopped working. It's now all the way down. I can hear the relay click when I press both switches (master and passenger) in both directions. I haven't gone inside the panel yet. I'm guessing the glass is stuck, or the rail is bad. Any insights would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
