you will find alot of people that are die hard about there trucks, where really every truck has its own advantages buy what you like and buy whats best suited for what you use it for. and F* everyone that does not like it. or just own multiple trucks and have the best of multiple worlds

Worlds MOST POINTLESS THREAD. Period.
Find other ways to bolster your self esteem than asking a collection of people sitting in front of their computers in their boxers drinking beer watching Debbie Does Dallas in the other screen to tell you your truck is better than their truck.
On the subject of diesels though;

Hopefully this will come out soon with a great big Hino or Isuzu diesel (I doubt they will use an overseas Toyota diesel becuase of the cost of doing emissions mods)

Here is my ford.

that picture is so god damn old. Those are 7.3L rods, an engine that hasnt been produced in almost 6 years... try finding a picture of a 6.4L rod, or maybe i can post you some 500hp dyno charts on stock fuel and turbo?
The car has run 11.5 @ 120 on low boost(20 psi)

and here is another picture of my truck at work

It basically comes down to this, every brand has its fan boys, it doesnt matter what brand they are. Around Where i live, its all yota loving homo's. That was part of the reason i bought mine, to have a bigger better one.

I just tell them that their trucks depreciated more the second they drove them off the lot than I've spent on mine.
We use Fords at work, with both the 7.2 and 6.4 and they're okay, for their purpose in life. The haul a fair amount and stand up to the abuse of the oilpatch better than the Dodges or GM products do.
But they still have more problems than my 4Runner.
I'm content in knowing that my truck does what I need it to, when I need it to. Shrug.

I've been to Hanover several times, both in my truck, and in my '06 VW GTI. I'll tell ya this much, there are all kinds down there. I agree with above, a true enthusiast has no preference in vehicles. They all have their pros and cons. There are too many variables out there to compare different makes of vehicles. I've seen these diesel heads too. Up here on 15, there is a place that tunes Mustangs and Diesel trucks (nice mix there). They have a meet at least once a year where all the Dodges show up with their stacks.
