Shocks definitely would have prevented it.
Was planning on picking up some this friday (payday)
Definately sucks, but shes being fixed right now. Already got the cab cut off and the new one ready to weld on. Just lots of measuring.

New cab is welded on with windshield.
But I cant get her to keep running.
Runs for 10 seconds and dies, like shes running out of fuel.
AFM tests good, and for extra measure I tested it by replacing with a known good part.
Any ideas?

Hmm, I did something similar at 30mph back in march, but I never had a problem with it running, actually after we got it off the side of the hill and back into the road I drove mine home. Did the same thing you did cut the top off and put a new one on, good luck buddy and post some pics up after you get it done!

Also, when I jump the fuel pump in the diagnostic box underhood, it runs for maybe an additional 10 seconds and dies just the same.

I've got cut fenders.
The drivers side collapsed. Severing the AFM wiring loom on the inner fender that runs to the ECU.
Ooops. Funny thing was, it didnt cut the insulation, only wires inside. Took a bit to find.
