Flexplate questions

Flexplate questions
Bought a 89 4-Runner that needed put together. The motor and tranny wont snug up.. Checked torque convertor and it was ok.. And the dal rods line up. In what order does the flexplate and washers go? Which way does the flexplate go? I have always have manual trannys so I havent put a flexplate on..
