fixed things and still the low idle

so i have replaced the cap and rotor along with the plugs. cleaned the TB and changed oil.

i still have a low idle after driving for a while. i have a 90 3.0 4runner.

i dont know what else to look at. the idle does not effect the drivability of the truck at all. it just shakes and is down around 300-400 RPMs.

any ideas

Bad coolant temp sensor? Could be faulty and when warmed up the sensor is still saying its cold? Does that make sense?
