Evap issues

Previously reported on an evap problem- high pressure building in gas tank- , temporarily fixed by unscrewing the gas cap to make it home. Still haing intermittant problems, is my only solution to replace the purge valve located in an almost impossible place, or can I reroute the line to do essentially the same effect?

What condition is your charcoal/evap canister? Valves all working properly? This guy can cause some issues. Do you stop filling at the time pump first ˟˟˟˟s off? Over filling can saturate charcoal with gas and gas can flood the fuel system when warm/expansion happens.

can cause all sorts of issues outlined in the fsm
