ok here's the rundown. I have a 1992 Toyota 2wd P/U Ext. Cab DLX. Stock 2.4l (22re) with the stock 86-95' 5-speed tranny. Im wanting to convert to a s/b Ford V8 such as the 302ci (from the mustang line) So far from what ive read it seems that it can be done fairly reasonable. Im definitely wanting to keep my power steering and prefer to keep my EFI. Not opposed to carb. though. Motor mounts im sure i can have fab'd up but i know the bellhousing has to be swapped out. anyone know of conversions that are made or which tranny i would have to use the bellhousing out of? same with the crossmember. hit me back on here or jinx_piercings@yahoo.com

 

go to northwestoffroad.com they have everything u need incd motor mounts altough there 4 4x4 yotas mechanicly everything will fit u may need to do firewall mods and hood clearance might be a problem goodluck
