engine question about '87 4runner
hey yall! i got a '87 4runner and the engine has 289,000 miles on it. now being a toyota and an '87 at that i figured it would be good to at least 300,000 miles, but uhh some reassurance would be nice. haha! alright thanks!

I just hit 277,777.7 The other day. Runs like a champ, when it wants to. Nothing HUGE has gone wrong with it yet.
I did a tune-up on mine about 1 1/2 weeks ago and it made a huge difference.
New plugs, wires, distributor, and rotor. Worked wonders.
