Engine Noise
OK got my 22re back together and running great. The only problem now is the noise it makes. To me, it sounds like the timing chain grinding on something. If someone tells me this is the problem I will scream.
The video isn't that great, too lazy to get the video camera out.

Help
haha ok when I started to pull out of the garage and turned the wheel, I knew exactly what it was. Power steering. It's not that I didn't refill it... it's that I refilled it, then ran it, and didn't top it off. OK So that problem is fixed. Now I have another one. Poor Idle. It ran great cold, now it runs like crap again. If I rotate the dist cap all the way clockwise, it dies. All the way counter clockwise it runs, like shown here.
Found 1 problem. Engine temp sensor wasn't hooked up. Still didn't fix the problem though
