It looks to me like those resistors that you jam into your IAT and they trick the ECU. You can get the same thing at Radio Shack for 10 cents. I think they are bogus.

It says it works for 1990 and up, but I don't believe that 1995 and up (when OBD-II became standard) is chippable without reprogramming the ECU.

Pfft, whatever.... the $200 I spent on the muffler bearings is the best money I ever spent. I've never had to replace them since.
