Question Drivetrain Lift

Is it possible to do a drivetrain lift w/out a body lift?

If so, how much?

Any issues other that radiator shroud (I am doing a taurus fan so no biggie)

Thanks..

no, but you may be able to get away with clocking the transfer case up to get a flatter belly. i think there is a thread on here or ttora about doing that.
