Driver Side Window Adjustment

i took it to a shop and had the driver side glass replaced and now the thing wont roll all the way down. he used silicone to hold the glass in the glass bracket. is there a way to adjust it so it will roll down? i have electric windows by the way.

Take it back and get them to fix it... If you paid shop time they better make it right.
