i don't know the company it's from autozone for like 20 bucks though. Your supposed to drill a hole and insert the strobe bulb in it that has a rubber grommet to keep it secure. I just want it for pretty much no reason. I'll probably just use for about 5 seconds at time to do it at my friends or when offroad. I don't it was free, so i tought i might as well.

Since it's not really for a purpose you may try and find a different way to mount it.
I've heard of the headlight mounted ones causing moisture problems.

If I were you, I'd try and put it in the front bumper/valance somehow.

You could gets these headlights, pull out the blue "city light" bulb and slip your strobe in. No drilling.

strobing lights, by themselves are not illegal. when you use them, what color they emit, and for what purpose determines if they're illegal or not.

Lol thats why i have these in the lower part of my bumper. I put em far back so you cant really see em unless they are on.
