Down on power

So I had a 22re motor built a few months back and ever since I put it in it feels down on power. Which is weird it definetely should not its got kb .20 over pistons, rv2 cam (regrinds are bad crane is on the way), new injectors, full 2.25 exhaust, 190 degree bypass thermo and the head has the exhaust runners polished. I have triple checked the timing and its good, changed plugs, rotor, cap, and wires. Ran a little bit of seafoam through it after break in to maybe break up some carbon. Now Im lost. The only thing I can think of is maybe the TPS. It got taken off but I adjusted it how the directions from 4crawler said and it seemed to work fine but still seems like its kinda doggin around. Any input would be appreciated.

Compression is good and all cylinders are within 10% so it runs nice and smooth.

cylinder 1 was at 168, 2 was at 164, 3 was at 165, and 4 was almost 170 which seem really good. it does have moly rings with a cylindrical hone on the cylinders, not a regular crosshatch unlike conventional wisdom would say.

No I didnt have a cat on it for quite a while, well i did but it had a pipe pressed through it lol. Now its got a new magnaflow cat so I dont know. The knock sensor wire hasnt been hooked up for a while. I was told initially it makes no difference at all. Then today I was told that the sensor will send the truck into limp mode and retard my timing? That would be messed up seeing how toyota told me there was no real difference.
