The pin for the door slider thing inside the door jam between the 2 hinges fell out when I closed the door and I think the sliding arm itself fell back inside the door is there a way to get it or if not how much would a new one be and what is it called

 

You should be able to pull the door panel and fish it out with a magnet.

I think it is called the door Check but I am not really sure

Someone on here or at a yard close to you should have one.

I know i have one if your really stuck

The only thing it really does is keep the door from opening to far that the door gets kinked at the hinges
