Since you still have stock gearing, must feel like the truck has more power then trying to spin those big ol 35's.
I had also wanted to do this but with the 4.88 gears don't think it would be such a good idea..

Is the minor MPG increase really worth the look?

Whats your difference in gas mileage? of course there's some rotations per mile difference.

I noticed a 4-5mpg increase with switching the M/T's out to A/T's for road use, both are 33's

Now my M/T's tread should last much longer. Meaning more whealin trips for less $$$$$

looks like it's ready for a new job with Union Pacific. all it needs are the railway trucks.

My dd is a crx, and my rig has 35's and 6in of lift, so I know where you are coming from. But hey I love my little gas sipper. It saves me a ton of money on insurance and gas not to mention repairs. Sorry about the Hi-Jack.

not to bad as far as the way it looks and i bet nobody still dont cut you off on the road but as far as it goes with the way it looks with the boggers oh man thats sexy!!!

i say the price of gas for people to look at you or laugh ha ha

think of it this way if they laugh at you thats them just giving you money

ie your saving money on gas now with the smaller tyres

im not removing any blocks or leaves from my truck, it sits level and high. the way i like it.

regearing would mean more money, and then i would still get bad mpg with the bogger those things are like anti-aerodynamic to the maximum. not to mention the $270 per tire price tag. since they wear fast.

and as far as gas mileage, im not sure yet because i havent had to fill up yet! but ill let you guys know.

i still gotta do somethings to my truck, i have to reinforce my front bumper because i have a winch on there now. and then i can start thinking about gears.

and maybe i might get some used 33" AT for the sequoia rims.

wonder if you could get some fiberglass shop to fab up skirts and spoilers and the like for you so you could use the boggers and get the benefit of aerodyamics....?
quick disconnect nacelles that mount in front of the wheels...
naca ducts and the like to reduce drag.

just a thought.
