This thread serves NO purpose. This guy wants to remain anonymous, he has his reasons - and that's Ok, least it should be. Even if he shared his inner most secrets most of us couldn't afford to build, and probably don't have the resources to maintain something this complex....it's not a DD! So, quit your B.....ing and find a performance oriented thread containing info you can put to use today and leave this guy alone. Just my $.02

An ingenoius setup but to many damn components that can break and so much boost its insane.

Hmmmm, a 5.0 stang engine stroked out to a 383? Can't happen, 351W stroked out to a 383, Yes, kits are readily available. Besides why stroke a 302 for 600 horse? My personnal '93 GT did more than that just bored .030" over.

Sorry just wanted to point out the 302 to 383 stroker kit error.

Thanks

Then I look over on the other side of me and there's a Porshce Cayenne, he looks at me, like I gunned my engine and wants to race. I'm thinking now I'm gonna have to test out my new mods on both of these guys. The light turns green and we take off, I'm just smoking the Porsche, but to my huge surprise this guy in the 4runner is just plain smoking both of us. Not by a little bit either, he was a good 15 car lengths ahead of me and just blowing the Porsche away and we had'nt even reached 100mph yet. I caught up to him a few lights up and asked him what the hell he's got under there. He said juiced and goosed 3.0, I'm thinking, there's no possible way that's a 3.0 under there. Does anybody know this guy, he's got brown hair and the last I saw of him was on PCH in huntington beach, the 4runner he was driving is a 94, maybe 95, with californa firefighter plates. I'm not writing this cuz I'm pissed I got beat, I wanna know who he is so I can find out what mods he did to make that 4runner so freaken fast.
Gotta be a newer supra motor. Like was said, they can push 1000 rwhp dry.

And for what it's worth, the original 4runner posted about in this thread is slow. Even if he has 500 to the rear wheels, he's not escaping the fact that the truck weighs north of 4800lbs. He might run mid to low 13s and in todays day and age that is slow as balls.
