Sugar, water, phosphoric acid... I think it would be more the presence of capacity for thought as opposed to the absence of guts that'd deter me from trying that.

The sugar would carbonize in your cyl, which is exactly what you're trying to eliminate.

if coke can clean my toilet, clean my chrome up, and boil my intestines, what makes you think it couldnt get rid of oil buildup..?

Every 200 miles? Are you nuts? Talk about wasting money.

Edit: And yes, flushing is not a necessity. My next door neighbor has 580,000 on his 87 P/U, and I don't think he's ever ran a flush through it. He does use diesel cleaning agents in his fuel tank though.

a Lot of ps pumps run on ATF. Most do take standard ps fluid, but most of our toys take ATF. I think flushes are over rated unless you have never changed your oil, or you are having problems and are just trying a flush to eliminate a possibility. There are a lot of people on here with a lot of different opinions. choose wisely.

I have stop using sea form after it cause a leak through the header and now sometime it smell through it... Long time ago some buddy accidently pour some atf into the oil fill and came up to me and told me that and is it ok? I told him it is ok to do so... w/o any knowlegde that it will, so my input was good so far... nothing happen to his car after that... All them additive are gimmick. Talk about being green...
