a local offroad shop in my area that races baja has there dodge cummins race truck in red balck and white digi camo. let me see if i can loacte a pic. the way he talked he go tit done pretty cheap, but he got it done in mexico haha

Flat sheet metal is fine, but the corners and nooks n cranies,would be tough. I think you would get soft edges and runs where the stencil cant be flat against the metal. I am just having a hard time imagining this being done.

Its doable for sure. Theres some guys on the bmw forum that used flat black vinyl wrap thats made for cars. I think its around 800 a roll.
I have been wanting to do the urban camo to my car and truck for a while now.

I`m sorry I ment I did mine in a differrent camo pattern . Here is a site with digital stencils www.terrainphanton.com the patterns seem to be two or three inch cubes

My friend discovered this at the airport today and I decided that Im going to do this with my cream colored toyota pickup in desert camo in this size pixel. If anyone has links to stencils that I can investigate on the web let me know. I imagine stencils will save time and frustration. I hate wasted time and frustration and have been known to shell out to avoid it. LOL

I found this website that will help you make a stencil. Its pretty cool and lets you choose your colors and size you want too. Wouldnt be too hard to print out some pages of these on some cardboard or poster board to make a stencil.
