My guess is that there are three beds used, Long bed, standard and standard for the Xtracab, in terms of mounting.

If nobody knows here, and Google doesn't bring it up, I'd find the answer at the local junkyards.

The beds are different

I dont have the 2wd here to look at how it mounts up but I KNOW the frames differ in someway, how i never cared to learn but they are different.

The mounts may or may not line up because the beds ARE different. They're a different physical design. 2wds have the lip on them and the fender wells are smaller.

*When the 2wd gets back I'll take a peak under the bed to see if the mounts look similar to the 4wd.

FYI xtra cab short beds have the same frame as the single cab short bed yotas but use different mounts for the cab and bed.

Long beds use dif frame alltogether (longer).

Check E-bay and Craigslist in your area. I just bought a bed after searching for 4 weeks for my 94 4wd.

Any 84-95 shortbed will bolt up. It is the cabs that make the differences.

What exactly is wrong with the bed that's making you want to put a new one on?

Standard cab and extra cab have the same beds. A 6ft Toyota box is a 6ft Toyota box they will interchange.
