died at the stop light
On my way to work today my truck just died on me, as I tried to take off from the stop light. I rolled to a stop on a side road and tried to start it up and it started right up. I reved the engine a few times and let it idle and after about 8 min it just died again. Im just looking for some suggestions what could be causing my probs ?? im thinking fuel system for now. this is my 86 turbo 4runner it has 20,000 mi since rebuild. new injectors, new fuel filter has been very reliable last 5 yrs.

Yes it can, and usually when it fails for good it's real far from just about everything. When a relay fails, it don't come back, I'll bet on the pump.
