Did a compression test.

Didn't expect numbers this good. Test done with all plugs out and the engine at operating temp.

165-170-170-165

245k miles on an untouched 22re bottom end. Engine has been hydrolocked once. Has always had a cold knock (could be piston slap) and has a very slow external water jacket head gasket leak. I've always put off doing a test because I feared the worst.

Crazy results with that many miles, and considering it's been hydro'd thats lucky

When I did mine I was at 155 all the way across. I have 121k miles. Carbon build up will also create higher compression numbers.
