New tps adjusted correctly did not help my issues. Anyone have any other ideas? Still have thick fuel smoke and at times you can hold throttle about half and it will not rev at all just sits there and sputters and boggs.

I have moved those to every setting possible. Correct, incorrect, everything. It boggs the least amount with the distributor turned counter clockwise all the way. Advanced.

Make sure your are correctly timed. Also make sure that your not off a tooth on the distributor. Many a member here was ready to push their truck off a cliff only to realize that there dizzy gear was off a tooth. (pull the dizzy out make sure your rotor is pointing at 12 o'clock. Press it in and the rotor should rotate to 10 o'clock. Also . checking for vacuum leaks is pretty easy. Spray short burst of starter fluid around your vacuum lines. Where safety glasses or goggles when doing this. If you hear the engine race right after you sprayed an area you found a leak.
I have found a factory denso tps seems to be the way to go. If you have a friend that is an actual mechanic they should be able to order it from Toyota for you for around $100. If not then try online. Getting the tps adjusted per factor specs is easy for some and a pita for others. I fall in to the later category. I finally paid someone to set mine.
If you unplug your and it runs fine then your new one is either bad or out of adjustment. Not sure if Bosch makes on but these truck really don't like certain Bosch parts. So that might be something to look at.
This isn't a Chevy 350. It's harder to time it by ear than it should be. It was explained to me if you have to gorilla time it you jump the terminals (after your tps is working). Set you timing so that at around 25 mph you should be able to put it in 5th gear and just barely almost non existent hear some slight pining on acceleration. But rent buy beg borrow a timing light. It's the only way.

Checked for vac leaks and found none. Just checked the distributor is right on. If I put at 0 degrees and the dist adjustment in middle the rotor is right on number 1 so its not off a tooth. If I unplug the tps it runs different but not any better still boggs real bad almost to the point of not drivable. Even tho its advanced all the way, it doesn't act as if the starter is week like the old days where you have the timing too advanced and it will barely turn over but it does have the valve clatter. PULLING HAIR!!! Think my blood pressure is up lol

I had the same thing on mine once. It would just die as soon as you touched the gas. It was a bad TPS as well.
The easy way to look at it is imagine the computer is totally blind to the throttle position because that sensor is bad. There is no way for it to properly calculate anything if it can;t see how far you are pushing the gas pedal
