I have a 86 Runner with 22re and auto trans. Runs a bit crappy on open loop then seems to level out and run nearly perfect at closed loop. I know this is primaarily ECM until closed so any suggestions and thank in advance. This all started upon complete rebuild.

 

Any check engine codes? Even if the light isnt on there may be codes stored.
