Dash pad install and Paint pics

Got my dash pad in and painted the dash two tone. Gray was original color and I kept the pad black and painted the cluster area black as well. Be truthful !! I think it came out OK. My dash had started to crack along the right side of the tray where they all do so I decided to put the pad on before it got really bad.

Thanks guys. I used Krylon Fusion Satin Black. The dash pad came out a little more shiney than the area over the cluster but not too noticable. I just wiped all the plastic down with wax and grease remover , masked off what I wanted to remain gray and sprayed it... Removed from truck of course !! I will try to post some larger pics from home later or Saturday. I wanna get a black steering wheel next. Anyone try those cheap JDM ones on ebay ? They look good for about 60.00 bucks but I wish I could see one in person first ????

You could also use Duplicolor Vinyl and Fabric spray paint. I've used it on my center console and it still holds up great even after 4 years.

It's a grant. Easy install and looks great!

It's currently about 8 years old and still looks brand new.

The 2 tone is nice, I really like it!!!!
I see you have a newer style shift knob, what happened to the bigger egg shapped one the truck came with? did the shift pattern aluminum emblem come off?

The knob came out of a 90ish model. The shift pattern is molded in it. never had aluminum. Came out of a base model truck.
