So I have been running on 5 cyl on my 3vze and its got high km on it but a injector is not getting signal. Can I jump the wires from injector 1 or 5 to #3?

 

Probably. All three injectors are wired together to "#10" on the ECM.

But that means #3 is "already" jumpered to 1 and 5; you just have a wiring problem right next to the injector if you're not getting the signal at the connector. If it were mine, I'd get the wire bundle to where I can work on it, then carefully unwrap it.
