The part about knocking out a couple of the studs was to clear the diff side with removal. I didn't, but it woulda been better, I used a pickle fork to separate the lower ball joint, then unbolted the upper ball joint from the control arm. It made it, but I think it'd have been easier to knock a couple studs out an replace 'em with bolts. I'm wishing I had because I didn't grease those bushings an now my driver's side axle's makin noise. Oops. It's all possible, just keep at it.

 

Disconnecting and connecting ball joints dosen't mess with the alignment, does it?

While the old one was off I noticed some wear spots on the back of the spindle. Sine I drive it every day I had to put the new shaft in there. Will this be a problem? I also put some grease on there, hoping it wont get worse.

BTW, Putting the new ones in is alot easer than taking the old ones out

While I was down there I also replaced the sway bar bushings with energy suspension ones.
