Convert CA to Fed specs? 95 4runner
Anyone know if or how I can convert my CA 95 4runner 3.0 4x4 to Fed specs?
Can I just switch ECUs and remove the 2nd O2 sensor?
I installed 2 new Bosch (they suck) O2s over a year ago and they are now bad. My engine light comes on and it runs ok but not great. If I remove the battery cables and reset the the ECU it runs great again for about a day or 2 then the light comes on again. The codes reading rich/lean. Ive got new injectors and I dont believe anything else is an issue. new cat just over a year but I think its the Fed spec. only 1 cat installed; I have no idea what cats or how many it should have. the VIN says its an CA car but I dont have any stickers on my hood... dont know why either.
other than that its a great truck!
thx
