control arm

i have a 95 yota pickup 4x4 and the driver side control arm is pretty much rotted out and was thinking about making my own does anyone know the size of them?? thanks.

If you need measurements measure the other side .

I usually think of the "control arm" as the upper or lower suspension arm. Here's a picture: http://web.archive.org/web/201102060...27frontsus.pdf

Or, you might be thinking of the pitman arm, idler arm, or even the knuckle arm. http://web.archive.org/web/201102060...g/16steer0.pdf

But considering that all of these pieces are rather heavy precision machined parts, I couldn't imagine trying to make one myself. Even if I had the 200-ton metal press to do it.

Thing is if you had the skill to make it Then ask someone else for measurements makes no sense

A1/4" here and there would be quite interesting
