I think he means his ac is blowing hot air. If condenser fan is not running, first check the fuse.

I have the original AC compressor for my rig and it does the same thing sometimes.

What is the year and model of vehicle you are working on?
Do you have a multi-meter and know how to use it?
Do you know if you have power and ground at the fan?
Once we know what vehicle you have, we can trace down how power gets supplied to the fan.

In case your fan motor is fried (mine was).
I couldn't find just the replacement motor, every place wanted to sell the entire fan assembly ($$$). I used the following motor part number: PM9115 (made by a company called VDO). I had to modify the bracket a little (where the motor bolts to it), trim the base of the fan blades some, and solder my stock electrical connector to it, but otherwise it works great. Got a lifetime warranty on it from Autozone, too. I think it is supposed to be a direct fit for a 1995 Toyota Corolla 1.8L MFI DOHC 4 cylinder. Mine's a 95 4runner, too.
Forgot to say, I also had to put some thick washers in where the bracket bolts to the truck to get the fan blades out from the condenser, since the new motor is a tad thicker.

AC problems the first thing I do is put the manifold gauges on and see just what is going on pressure wise.
Then trouble shoot any electrical issues.
Unable to cool the condenser at low speeds because the fan not running.
Quite possible the Hi limit switch is opening causing the compressor clutch to disengage .
Temperature drops pressure drops it works
