cold start time switch

I have a 89 4runner 22RE cold start issue. I replaced the time switch with a used one and it tested 80 ohms out of the intake. Also replaced temp sensor. Still starting hard but does after numerous crankings. Is my time switch Ok? The injector has continuity across the terminals. What next? Thank You

More about CSI and timer. Take your time reading and heeding. It has most info one would need for a 22R-E CSI system.

There is a simple procedure to observe if CSI injects while cranking when cold. Use "Google" search option. "Post" and "Threads" options are LAME.
