code 25
i cant get rid of it ive tried new fuel filter, injector cleaner, new maf sensor and i still get that damn code 25 running lean i also have a problem with it starting. it starts fine when its cold but after its been running and the engine is warm it turns over really slow like the battery is dead but its got a full 12 volts but once it sits for a bit it starts right up. could this be my problem with the code 25 any help would be great

Check your O2 sensor. When you replaced all that you did, did you pull the EFI fuse for 15 min, or disconnect the batt for a few min? That would clear the trouble code from the computer. If you didn't do 1 of those 2 things, it would still give you a code of 25. IF you did that, and the code comes back, check/replace your o2 sensor

also possible causes-
vacuum leak(s)- let's unmetered air around throttle
throttle position sensor- tells the ecu how far the throttle's open, how fast it's opening of closing
intake duct- any air that gets around the VAFM is air the ECU doesn't know about and will cause a lean mix
exhaust leak(s)- allows air into the exhaust causing false O2 sensor readings
coolant temp sensor (for ECU)- tells the ecu how warm the engine is. the warmer the engine, the leaner the mixture
PAIR system- faulty reed valve or PAIR VSV may allow too much air into the exhaust or air in at the wrong time

well i still have a problem with it starting when its warm any one got any ideas on what it could be. it acts like the batt is dead when the engine is warm it turns over slow but im getting 12 volts

Check your battery cables for corrosion at the battery and wherever they bolt to. Make sure they are tightened down, and if that doesn't help then you need to find out if it is one of the cables, the battery, or the starter. Batteries can give 12 volts but not be able to give enough amps to turn the starter. Are you familiar with a voltage drop test?

same problem
I have an 85 toyota pickup with a 22re. It starts right up when it is cold and runs great. Once it is warm it will not start. Turns and turns and turns until the battery will not turn it. If I spray a little starter fluid in it it starts right up and runs great. This pretty much happens every time. I have pulled the plug and there is a spark, no problem there. When the plug is pulled it looks dry so I get the idea that it is not getting any fuel but just dont know why??? Starter fluid starts it up and it runs great. Starts right up when cold too. What could be causing not fuel on startup when the engine is warm?? Thanks for the help!
