Code 24/31/25 rough idle.

<div style="text-align:left;"> For the last couple weeks since I rebuilt the engine and fixed the wiring in my 94 yota 4WD 22re I’ve been getting a code 25 air/fuel ratio lean And it’s been idling rough Wanting to just suddenly drop in RPMs like the engines bogging itself out and popping in the exhaust like it’s missing but it’s not missing. previous owner had the fuel pump hardwired to the ignition and have an aftermarket cold air intake I went back to stock air box and I still get a code 25, I have replaced the O2 sensor and anything else I can think of and advice from here and I still have the code <br /><br />When I put the stock airbox on now I’m getting a code 24 (Intake Air Temperature Sensor signal) and 31 (Air Flow Meter signal Vacuum Sensor signal) and and still the code 25, it idles rough still, Even if I turn my idle control valve up it’s still slowly trickle down to about 500 to 200 RPM. Any thoughts, By the way even the Toyota dealership couldn’t figure it out.</div>
