I have a 92 Pick-Up w/22R-E It will start and stay running from time to time it will idle for little until it gets warm then it try’s to die if you baby the throttle you can keep it running but if you put it in gear and start to let the clutch out it will stall. I have replace the o2 sensor along with the cat and muffler (ome part) I also put in a new fuel pump and filter I also cleaned the injectors I need some advice I need the truck running by the time school starts

You must know what codes 14 and 21 mean; why are you making us guess? There might be someone reading your post who has memorized all 17 codes, but everyone else has to look them up to see what you're talking about. And heck, why should she go to all that effort? That's probably just the gal who could answer your questions.

Or, maybe you don't know what the code are!? http://web.archive.org/web/201410310...26diagnosi.pdf Code 21 is a problem in the O2 sensor heater circuit. Since you've already replaced the o2 sensor (without testing it, I'll bet), your next step is to check the wiring for 12v on the heater terminals. My guess is a mangled harness-side wire.

A missing IGF signal should shut down the injectors. Why don't you try resetting the codes (remove EFI fuse for 30 seconds), and see if 14 comes back.

I know you're posting from a phone, but you should still try to get some punctuation in there.
