Clutch Release Fork Boot

Greetings all. Quick question...Do I have to remove the clutch slave cylinder to replace the clutch release fork boot?

HAHAHA. Yeah, I know. I appreciate the snark. I'm at work and figured I'd ask since I can't climb under it right now.
well played...

You might be able to finagle the new boot on after cutting off the old........maybe. It's just two bolts (12 mm) to remove and the slave will hang on the hard line.

I replaced mine and removed the slave cyl. If you can do it without removing it, more power to you. I didn’t think so.

not really snark. if you think about how the slave works in relation to the fork, you should be able to visualize "climbing under there" even at work.

I’d think it’d be infinitely faster to just remove the two bolts. There is almost nothing easier to access on the entire vehicle than the release cylinder. Take all of 30 second for both.

I did not know that boot was available aftermarket. That boot was the first item I sourced off my parts truck
