Clueless Wire Identification

I gots a 1993 Toyota 22re manual truck 2 plugs no clue where they go the one that has a yellow connector on it is tied into the wires that lead to the transmission the other one looks like a power wire of some sort 3 brown wires 2 on the left an 1 on the right on the left on the connector it has a R on it so no clue what that means this truck was saved from the junk yard and was jerry rigged pretty good for the wiring re done the whole truck an new engine i want everything to be stock so that yellow connector isn't stock and may need to get the right plug if we can identify it.

Breathe, MDman100! That's it, take your time.

Your 125 word question was posted as a single sentence. Periods and commas aren't expensive, and they'll make your questions, well, intelligible.

The right-hand circle in your picture is around the ground wire, to be bolted to a cam cap. The other wire isn't stock, but beyond that you haven't given me enough to go on.

Sorry Scope103 I'm not the greatest about all that periods and commas and spelling lol. Now when you say cam cap I'm confused on that never heard of that i thought it would go to something on the lines of the aluminum intake manifold but i couldnt see it being a good ground. The yellow connector is branching off the wire harness leading to the transmission. The same harness with the connectors going to the starter.

Yes the one on the right is a ground, to the bolts that attach the lower and upper intake manifold.

the other may be the starter solenoid but it is not factory as previously stated so i can't be sure.
