Cigarette Lighter Amperage?

Anyone know off the top of their heads what the cigarette lighter amperage is on a 95 Toyota Pickup v6 4x4 auto? or 4runners of the same equivalent generation?

I just bought a cheapo air compressor and after buying it and reading the manual find out that you need to have a minimum of 12 amp to the lighter. Not sure if my truck is 8 or 12....

Thanks

Check your fuse...it describes the maximum for that circuit. It is either a 10 or 15A circuit, can't remember off the top of my head.
