check engine light

I recently rebuilt my motor. .30 over pistons. Eagle rods. New head. The question I have is. Once I got the motor running. It idles weird. I thought it was the tps. But I'm not sure anymore. I know it needs to be adjusted but the thing is. My check engine light is on.. and I didn't worry about it because it was on before the engine rebuild. (Code 25). I checked it this morning and now its throwing a code 24 25 and 31. What are the codes 24 and 31? And how do I fix them?

I have to say that it never fails to amaze me when someone manages to rebuild an entire engine, and yet doesn't even know where to look for the diagnostic codes (jcampbell, you're not the only one). How do they figure out how to rebuild it?

Enough carping. Here's the codes and what they mean: http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-b...85diagnosi.pdf
Each one has a lot of possible causes, but I'm guessing there's something messed up with your VAF.
