check engine code 11 equals no spark...

So my 4runner is throwing a check engine code 11....I'm getting no spark...are they related?

Code 11* according to my chart is
ECU (b+) IGNITION SWITCH,MAIN RELAY OR CIRCUIT, ECU
*ONLY APPLICABLE TO PICK UP AND 4RUNNER (3VZ-E)
so i guess that would mean ya probably related and this is just as shown from the trouble code chart for 1990-1995

check your engine and battery grounds first

I'm getting power to everything...just not spark.. it's a 22re btw

k... when i press the gas with the ignition in the ON position it also flashes a code 6. Is it possible my Ignitor was fried when I accidentally reversed polarities on my coil? would that have hurt my ecu?
